Munn Saechao (She/Her)

I work with individuals who have a hard time with concentration, listening, following directions, regulating impulses, memorizing information, switching between tasks, planning, and organizing. I provide a treatment approach grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy to improve concentration, concentration, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.

I work with high achieving adolescent girls and professional women who struggle with poor motivation and concentration, have low energy, are self-critical, and often feel negative or sad.

I provide parent coaching and executive functioning coaching. Coaching is focused on developing specific, targeted, and time-limited goals and strategies to meet those particular goals. Many times individuals are functioning fairly well in many aspects of their lives but need to develop a particular skillset or new approach to engaging in an area of challenge (e.g. setting boundaries, organizing and planning, etc.).

Therapy is focused on developing social skills, coping skills, and organizational skills to enhance self-efficacy and improve daily living.

Therapy is focused on working through underlying causes of stress and pain to foster overall happiness and life satisfaction.

I work with high achieving adolescent girls and professional women in high performing work or school environments who struggle with fear of failure, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, and burnout.
