About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples, helping clients navigate feelings of chaos and misalignment in their inner and outer worlds. Also, supporting women with anxiety, perinatal challenges, and early motherhood is central to my work as they navigate the complexities of these transitions. Together, we process the emotions—grief, anger, fear—that weigh heavily on the body, reframe the thought patterns that keep us stuck, and address self-destructive behaviors that no longer serve us.
My Background and Approach
Through therapy, we cultivate tools for self-care, build healthier relationships, & foster personal advocacy & accountability. The goal is to gain deeper insight into who you are, how you got here, & where you want to go. I have advanced training in perinatal mood disorders through Postpartum Support International (PSI) & have studied Gottman Couples Therapy. I earned my bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Sciences from The Ohio State University and my master’s in Counseling Psychology from Bastyr University in Seattle, WA. For nearly a decade, I’ve taught yoga and meditation, practices I weave into my therapeutic work to support mindfulness and embodiment.
