About My Clients
All are welcome! My areas of specialty include working with neurodiverse teens (17+) and adults who experience ADHD, OCD, executive function deficits, anxiety, depression, work/school difficulties (college/graduate school), or social struggles. I help clients seek a better understanding of their functioning, gaining insight and coping skills. As many clients work in tech or medicine, I understand the demands they face and how they impact self esteem and functioning.
My Background and Approach
I am a relaxed and genuine clinician who strives to foster a compassionate and empathic relationship and therapeutic environment so you feel heard, understood and safe. I utilize a whole person, solution-focused approach to our sessions. Furthermore, I incorporate mindfulness, CBT, DBT skills, Inference-based CBT, emotion focused work, and strength based approaches to our work together.
