What is the difference in our approach? At Live Consciously, we strive to break the barriers of traditional therapy by going beyond the mind and facilitating healing for the body as well. My Background and Approach
We operate from a holistic healing standpoint, believing that everyone can and deserves to heal. Our team works with adults of all ages to uncover the true source of their suffering. By going to the root of the problem, we help identify and resolve traumas, griefs, and unproductive belief systems that may be holding you back in life. We understand that unresolved childhood experiences often manifest in adulthood as complex trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, addictions and relational difficulties. Instead of asking, “What’s wrong with you?” we ask, “What has happened to you?” Through this we help discover the true roots of your suffering and help resolve the wounds so you can live the life you deserve
