About My Clients
I work with individuals of all identities including LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, BDSM and poly identities, as well as folx struggling with substance abuse or behavioral/process addictions. Sex, sexuality, sex and love addiction are areas in which I specialize. As a holder of some marginalized identities and an ally to others, I make a point of understanding my privilege and how I can use it to continue to fight for the rights of marginalized communities.
My Background and Approach
I use narrative, interpersonal, existential, CBT, and DBT modalities depending on my client’s needs. Other concepts of acceptance, surrender, self-awareness, and empowerment are also incorporated into my sessions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in Sex positivity, Health at every size, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, as well as Harm-reduction or Abstinence. I am trans-affirming and trauma-informed.
