My Background and Approach
I have a broad range of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, couples, and geriatric populations providing individual, family, couples, and group psychotherapy. Above all, I practice a strengths-based, client-centered approach to therapy and believe that clients are in charge of their counseling experience. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe environment where clients can explore their therapeutic interests, develop goals, identify strengths, and generate change as you move towards your aspiration
