Perhaps you are a parent who is trying to break generational cycles and give your kids a better childhood than you had, but you get triggered, you get angry, and you feel lost and alone. I'm here to help you take your life back, break cycles with confidence and tackle that anxiety, once and for all.
My Background and Approach
I've helped hundreds of moms, women, and people improve their mental health and well-being during my 10 years as a therapist. I believe in empowering you with tools, solutions and strategies you can implement into your everyday life. We'll work collaboratively to unpack and reprocess traumas through EMDR, get rid of anxiety, and teach you how to find relief from everyday stressors. You deserve to find balance and enjoy life, not just survive it.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a first-generation Mexican-American woman and am passionate about helping other persons of color as they seek mental health support while having a personal and professional understanding of the social norms and barriers to care within minority communities.
