About My Clients
I work with clients ready to address issues that have been holding them back from living a more fulfilling life. They are mostly early and middle adults addressing issues related to depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, mood disorder, life transitions, family conflicts, relationship issues, work stress, etc. I am also passionate about working with new moms and those who are struggling with or have struggled with fertility issues.
My Background and Approach
My approach is non-judgemental. I like to think that the same feeling you would get in an in-person setting, I can provide virtually. I have various backgrounds in inpatient psychiatric hospitals, prisons, child welfare, and various mental health settings. I have mostly worked with underserved populations.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
If you're tired of being tired, if you're ready to challenge yourself and put in the work, if you're seeking empathy with a direct approach, I'm the therapist for you. I am raw, real and transparent and I will never tell you to do something, I haven't tried myself. I am honest and if I feel there is more to unpack than what you share, I will give you a gentle nudge, because growth and change come from those uncomfortable discussions.
