As a person-centered group, we see each client as a whole individual and believe strongly that each person has the capability to heal and lead a very satisfying life. We provide the healing relationship, an emotionally safe environment and skills/knowledge to help you work toward your goals. Some of our therapists are DBT trained, meaning we can help you develop mindfulness, emotional regulation, relationship and distress tolerance skills. We are attachment-focused, meaning we believe that each person is wired for connection and is impacted when important connections are interrupted or harmful. We are also trauma-informed and able to help you restore a sense of safety and process the difficult experiences in your life. When working with couples, we utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy that helps us uncover the difficult patterns in your relationship that keep you stuck and help develop new patterns that restore your connection with each other.
