My Background and Approach
I prioritize safe, efficient, and dig-in-deep therapy. I specialize in working with couples and individuals who feel are looking to feel confident and satisfied in their relationships (romantic, platonic, and/or most importantly with oneself) I use the proven clinically effective therapy models of EFT and DBT to give you the best shot at success. I am extensive experience in helping my clients understand what is getting in their way from reaching their goals and what to do with that understanding to create change.
