I utilize art to facilitate exploration of emotions, experiences, and relationships. Art therapy incorporates the nonverbal creative process as a form of communication in addition to talk therapy as a way to access subconscious information that leaves one feeling stuck. This allows for the integration of both the left and right side of the brain to be able to explore your experiences and bring insight in a comprehensive way.

Brainspotting is a brain-body based somatic approach founded on the ideology that "where you looks affects how you feel." It helps to focus, target, and process specific emotional or somatic issues created by underlying trauma and guides you to harness in on your own healing resources. This process surpasses the conscious thoughts into the deeper, unconscious parts of your brain and felt experiences held in your body. It is also effective in addressing creative and performance blocks.

The foundation of change and healing comes from understanding that your sense of identity and ways of relating with others are formed by the experiences you had with your family or origin. Increasing awareness of the role you played and currently play in your family system guides you to addressing the root of your anxiety, depression, self esteem, relationship issues, etc. so that you can connect to your most authentic embodied self.
