My Background and Approach
As your therapist, I will offer a non-judgmental, supportive, understanding, and welcoming space for you. Using a person-centered and humanistic overarching approach, I work with you to better understand who you are, the world around you, and to uncover how you fit into it. Everyone brings something to life experience, even if there are times your contributions may seem elusive. Together, we will identify your contributions, how they can help you move forward, and to see an important truth: you matter.
