I work with clients experiencing depression by helping them identify negative thought patterns and explore underlying causes. My approach includes cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and interpersonal therapy to promote healthier coping mechanisms and emotional resilience. For anxiety, I focus on helping clients understand their triggers and develop effective coping strategies. Using techniques like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and relaxation exercises, I guide individuals to manage and reduce anxiety symptoms, whether they are related to panic attacks, social anxiety, or generalized anxiety. My goal is to empower clients to break free from the cycle of worry and regain control over their thoughts and daily experiences with confidence.

I specialize in treating PTSD by using evidence-based therapies such as trauma-focused CBT and EMDR. My approach helps clients process traumatic memories safely, regulate intense emotions, and reduce intrusive thoughts. I create a compassionate and supportive space where clients can address hypervigilance, flashbacks, and avoidance behaviors. My goal is to help clients build resilience, heal from trauma, and regain control over their lives while restoring a sense of safety.

I use an eclectic therapy approach, which allows me to draw from multiple therapeutic techniques to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. This flexibility ensures that I can address a wide range of issues, from trauma and anxiety to depression and life transitions. EMDR uses bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements, to help desensitize the emotional impact of painful memories and reprocess them in a more adaptive way. This approach is particularly effective for clients dealing with PTSD and trauma, helping them move toward healing without the need to retell their traumatic experiences in great detail.
