About My Clients
As a bi-racial female who spent most of their life feeling as though half of themselves was never understood, I seek to provide a space where your voice will not be silenced or diminished. I value your unique backgrounds and experiences. I also have training in Maternal Mental Health, with a focus on Perinatal Mood & Anxiety and Perinatal Loss & Grief.
My Background and Approach
I use a Person-Centered approach, which means you will be in the lead during the session. This also allows me to focus on building the therapeutic relationship while also collaborating on what you need to achieve your goals. I understand that therapy may feel scary and like more work than you expected. Whether you are new to counseling or sought out support before, I am here to answer any questions you may have and listen to your story. In this space, we will build a relationship of trust, understanding, and acceptance through showing up just as we are.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value your unique backgrounds and experiences from race, gender, sexual orientation, culture, faith, income, and ability.
