My Background and Approach
I provide a warm, safe place for my adult clients, one of validation, empathy, and empowerment. I specialize in issues related to depression, anxiety, self-esteem and identity, boundaries, assertion, relational problems, phase of life transitions, race and oppression. Together, we can strengthen your relationships, mood, coping skills, and decision-making.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves to take up space. As a woman of color, I advocate for social justice and equality in my work with clients and within my community as a member of a historically Black sorority.
