About My Clients
I partner with you to build listening skills, navigate teenager and parent relationships, provide guidance to help you learn to trust your intuition, deepen self-awareness, and explore your relationship with drugs, alcohol, and food. I specialize in Substance Use Disorders and Eating Disorders and provide DBT, CBT, Mindfulness, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. I have an empathetic approach and partner with you on your goals with compassionate challenging.
My Background and Approach
I worked 6 years in homelessness prevention & advocacy and community based substance use disorder treatment and currently work in eating disorder recovery treatment, assisting clients and families in the recovery journey to whole-person health and wellness. I believe in and practice a holistic approach to healing and therapy. I do not have the answers but I believe they are inside of you and my job is to partner with you to find them. I believe you are the expert of your own life and experience and I get to walk with you on the path to trusting yourself, healing old wounds, and living an authentic life.
