My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Before becoming a therapist, I earned a Fine Arts degree and worked in the film industry, where I explored storytelling as a means of personal and collective transformation. Through my own creative work, I experienced firsthand how filmmaking can be a powerful tool for self-discovery, helping me confront personal and societal narratives that shaped my life. This journey ultimately led me to psychotherapy, where I now help others navigate their own creative and emotional landscapes.
