We will experiment to find tools that work best to give you relief from negative feelings or experiences. No two individuals are the same, so I operate from an integrative approach, drawing from cognitive behavioral, trauma and solution focused, acceptance and commitment, mindfulness and other therapies, to meet clients where they are and explore what works best for them as a unique individual. My style is directive, supportive, empathetic, and non-judgmental to build a respectful and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I will provide a safe space to express yourself authentically and process fully, while pointing out connections along the way. I provide activities for you between sessions to encourage actively working toward your goals.
