About My Clients
My clients tend to be those suffering from the disease of addiction (i.e. nicotine, alcohol, marijuana, caffeine, prescription drugs, illicit drugs, etc.). Knowing that addiction isn't the only thing that one struggles with, I specialize in healing the co-occurring disorder (i.e. depression, anxiety, trauma / PTSD, ADHD, personality disorders, etc.). My Background and Approach
My approach in helping people with an addiction comes with compassion and understanding. I utilize several counseling modalities, but more commonly I use DBT, CBT, Trauma Focused - CBT, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Motivational Interviewing, REBT, and Family/Couple Therapy.
