About My Clients

I love working with adults who are seeking to gain a stronger sense of self as they navigate a complex and constantly changing world. I enjoy working with clients who are interested in "doing the work" in order to connect with their authentic selves and show up wholeheartedly in life. Some topics we could tackle include: attachment, inner child work, self-esteem, stress, anxiety, depression, women's issues, identity formation, relational issues, trauma and life transitions.

My Background and Approach

I earned a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University in 2022. I have worked in both nonprofit and private practice settings with adults, couples, teens and groups. I am trained in EMDR and have been able to witness meaningful progress with my clients as they process past trauma. I am also trained in the Gottman Method couples therapy, which can be helpful for reducing conflict, building trust and strengthening a sense of shared meaning. I have worked with my clients on a number of issues including: depression, anxiety, grief/loss, self-esteem, emotion regulation, relational issues, inner child work, empowerment, trauma and family conflict.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am a firm believer in the power of healing through an accepting and affirming relationship. That's why I always prioritize safety, warmth and support in my practice. I am a client-centered therapist who leads with empathy. I believe that all human beings are worthy of love and belonging. I celebrate you for all that you are and warmly welcome you into the therapeutic space with me.
