I provide counseling to adults and adolescents, helping them navigate issues like anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image, and sexuality or gender identity development. With a deep passion for and experience working with diverse communities—including the queer community, neurodivergent individuals, and those in non-monogamous/kink communities—I strive to create an inclusive space where all feel welcomed and understood.

However, I understand that each person’s journey is unique, so I tailor my approach to fit your specific needs and goals. My goal is to provide you with personalized support and practical tools that align with who you are and where you want to go. When we are facing challenges in our lives, it is tough to find ways of working through them by yourself. I believe through a therapy, everyone can find new strength and resilience to overcome the challenges they face. I will collaborate with you to find ways of addressing your concerns in a way that feels natural to your authentic self.
