About My Clients
I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients for close to a decade. I often see high-achieving college students, young adults, and professionals who feel that their happiness is being hampered in some way.
My Background and Approach
As a therapist I provide empathetic, customized approaches to each individual, based on their goals for therapy. I strive to provide psychotherapy that allows for lasting change in a warm, supportive, and comfortable environment. Together we can heal relational wounds and other forms of trauma. I support clients in their process to gain deeper self-understanding and to foster personal growth through self-compassion. Together we can explore new ways of understanding old patterns of behavior. Prior to private practice, I provided clinical services at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC and before that at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. I received my graduate degree from New York University and completed post graduate training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at the Washington School of Psychiatry. I am taking new referrals.
