About My Clients
I would be a great fit for clients looking to address anxiety, trauma, ADHD and body image concerns. Clients who may find themselves repeating painful patterns in their life and would like assistance working through this to live the life they want to live. I also enjoy working with young professionals dealing with imposter syndrome, folks looking to navigate the dating world and/or improve their personal relationships. Lastly, clients looking to improve their self esteem to feel their best.
My Background and Approach
My first question when meeting a new client is, "what brings you to therapy?" This will help me understand how to best assist you on this journey. We will discuss what your goals for therapy are and I can assist you if you are unsure. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Focused approaches but typically use a variety of different treatment styles to best support you.
