About My Clients
My clients are creatives, artists, healers, highly sensitive people, and empaths. They are also people who are struggling with chronic pain and/or fatigue, low self-esteem, people pleasing, attachment wounding, nervous system regulation and executive functioning.
My Background and Approach
As the daughter of two artists, creative embodied expression has always been an important part of my life. Yet various health issues and a late diagnosis of ADHD left me overwhelmed and struggling to connect back to my authentic creative self. For many of us, even those of us who are highly sensitive and intuitive, we are raised in a world that teaches us to ignore the ways in which our bodies speak to us and signal their need for support and holding. Through my own personal experiences with healing, I have found my way back to the body. I work strongly within a relational and transformative justice framework to remind you that your body is incredible, and so worthy of care, rest, and space. I integrate talk therapy alongside somatic and expressive art practices to help you feel more agency within your nervous system and sense of self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I work collaboratively with you to rediscover the practices, resources, and tools that best support you in this journey to reclaiming a loving relationship with yourself and feeling more ease and joy in your day-to-day life. I love the non-linear swirls, the outside of the box thinking, and believe that laughter and playfulness can be deeply supportive and medicinal.
