I am experienced in working with a variety of concerns such as depression, infidelity, OCD, trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, relationship issues and an array of other concerns. I have a client centered approach and utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic, structural therapy but not limited to this only. I am an experienced licensed psychotherapist with 16 years of experience in providing exceptional services to law enforcement, individuals, couples and families.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As Maya Angelou says “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” I passionately believe in this and also believe that we change through growth and transformation through our life experiences. I support change and transformation all through different processes.
