Using a top down (cognitive), bottom up (somatic or body-based), and most importantly heart forward approach - I can help you get unstuck and reach your therapeutic goals. I'm unconventional, down to Earth, transparent, and direct. I'll take you where you want to go. By fusing NARM (Neuroaffective Relational Model) and IFS (Internal Family Systems), my approach is neurobiologically informed, physiologically aware, client-centered, spiritual, trauma-informed, non-pathologizing, and present-centered. I bring heart, humor, and humility to the therapy room. By resourcing my clients with tools to regulate their bodies - I support their growing tolerance for emotions and sensations. I act as a mirror to the inherent wisdom that is opened up through the process of healing awareness. Each session is guided by the needs of the unique individual that sits before me. I see therapy as an art and each session is created with that type of passion and inspiration!

The individual cannot be magically extrapolated from the systems they are a part of. What shows up in the therapeutic container is a microcosm of the macrocosm. I hold an important awareness of these oppressive systems in the forefront of my attention. I have immersed myself in trainings and learning modalities that specialize in working with relational, attachment, developmental, intergenerational, cultural, and complex trauma. It is my understanding that these traumas compound and intertwine. Though the individual before me often holds the weight of these traumas - together we help to name the way oppressive systems are having an impact on the individual. In turn, we are able to notice and bring awareness to how the client has adapted - often at their own expense. Though we certainly cannot change the dysfunction of our society, we compassionately work to change the way we relate to ourselves and each other inside of these.
