About My Clients
I work with a wide range of client’s goals, including performance enhancement (such as personal and professional goal achievement, public speaking), change-work (such as disordered eating, anger, phobias, pain, stress, smoking, PTSD and trauma), personal development (anxiety, confidence), and body-focused repetitive behaviors (nail-biting, hair-pulling).
My Background and Approach
As a professional Certified Hypnotherapist since 2014, my approach is solution-focused and I specialize in rapid behavior change modalities. When we work together you will also learn how to use the tools of self-hypnosis to support you as you continue to make changes outside of our sessions. Other healing modalities I bring to my practice include NLP, Sound Healing, Reiki, Psychedelic Integration and Guiding, and Past Life Regression Therapy. This is a safe space for support and self-discovery and I work with diverse communities including LGBTQ+, kink, trans and nonbinary community and people who identify with that experience.
