About My Clients
I work with neurodivergent, body and sex positive clients. They may be lonely, be an activist or a health care provider. They may be trans or otherwise part of the LGBTQIAP2S+ community. Some are asexual, some are working on issues with sexuality, sexual expression, kink, or BDSM. My clients know I am a safe place to explore themselves, their mind and psyche, their hopes and dreams, and their grief about society, life, and parts to navigate that can feel very very difficult and even lonely.
My Background and Approach
I have lots of tools I can share with you. My goal is to help you have a handful of tools that are working for you at any time. I work collaboratively with you to find what works, what feels true, what fits in your life. I have training in somatic approaches like Somatic Experiencing, and other kinds of trauma work. I have experience in body Somatics, Queer Somatics, and mindfulness strategies that are easy and calm your nervous system with little effort. I like to work with you on your goals as we build ways for you to engage with the world that work with you and your needs. I attend many trainings to keep fresh on new ideas and research and strategies.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in compassion and second chances, and healing. I believe this world is a challenging and difficult place, and that there is plenty to grieve in it, but it can also be a place of real connection, good work, and joy. I want to help you find more satisfaction in your life - whatever that looks like for you. I am openly queer/gay, neurodivergent, trans and kink and open relationships friendly. I will support you in your own path and your own journey, whatever direction is best for you. I can help you find the way out of heavy suffering and into a more pleasant and balanced life. I’ve been through medical and other transitions, and have a history of dealing with chronic illness in myself and my partners /family. I’ve lived an interesting andchallenging life, and moved to multiple cities. I now live in The Netherlands but can do coaching anywhere, and therapy in Europe and Wisconsin.
