About My Clients
I specialize in working with queer and trans youth and adults who want to increase their sense of rootedness and agency in order to live vibrantly. I commit to providing an affirming space for your full self to show up so we can partner in the important work of healing.
My Background and Approach
I offer two modalities of Psychotherapy and Art Therapy, which uses artmaking for personal exploration and growth. Deciding what approach we take will be a collaborative process based on your needs and interests. I know that engaging in therapy is a courageous step. My approach is warm, grounded, and relational. In our work together, I will take time to thoroughly understand your experiences, hopes, and dreams. Together, we will develop a plan that builds on your strengths and meet regularly to reach your goals.
