My Background and Approach
In our sessions you can expect an eclectic and personalized treatment approach using talk therapy combined with my expertise in somatic therapies, mindfulness-based practices, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My therapy style is person-centered, strengths based, culturally sensitive, and trauma informed. I am easy to talk to, welcoming of all, and offer a non-judgmental and safe space for you to be your authentic self. I will meet you where you are, empowering you to achieve your personal goals, address what brought you to therapy and support you to improve your well being. I am licensed in PA (in-person and telehealth) and TN (telehealth only).
