I provide individual and couples counseling. I am primarily focused on anxiety, burnout, career navigation, interpersonal and relationship issues, relationship communication issues, and affair recovery.

What is therapy going to be like with me? Therapy with me is collaboratively working together to help you reach your goals and create the life that will make you happy. I bring humor and authenticity to my sessions. For my therapeutic orientation I use attachment-based, person-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral therapy in session.
