My Background and Approach
Using a narrative approach, I work to look at where our messages and beliefs about success are coming from and how we can retell that story. Together, we will work to fix what’s not working for you without losing the things that are. I provide a warm, welcoming, and emphatic space free of judgment, where you feel safe sharing even the heaviest thoughts. I've been there. I understand how debilitating living like this can be. I understand the frustration of never feeling like “enough.” I’m here to sit with you in those hard feelings, to hold space for your pain. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the inherent humanity and intrinsic value of all humans. In my free time, I work with organizations supporting individuals to move out of homelessness and poverty and those working toward narrowing the wealth gap in our country. I am an active ally of the LGBTQ+ community and communities of color in my area.
