Drinking water, wearing a seatbelt and using condoms are all types of harm reduction. Let's talk about the gentle way to get more clarity and groundedness in your life and reduce negative consequences.

With a particular focus on mindful self-compassion, I believe learning how to be with yourself is the key to life. Think of the warm feelings you feel with thinking about a dear friend, now imagine if you could direct all that energy towards yourself with grace and compassion.

Using my advanced trainings in structural theory of dissociation, my intensive training in dialectical behavior therapy and mindful self-compassion I support folks as they process traumatic memories and experiences to find safety and grounding in their lives.

I am emphatically affirming of all relationship structures and using components of mindful self-compassion, I believe our best way to the relationships we want is to take juicy care of ourselves and can learn how to better identify what we want and then practice drawing the boundaries and structure to get and preserve it.

As a queer femme and a gnc babe I LOVE supporting clients as they think about their own gender journey! We all have a gender and sexuality and getting honest and clear about those parts of ourselves is a key to true freedom and joy. Whether you’re coming out to yourself, your family, your work or your community or you’ve been out for 50 years we can all use more support as we learn, explore and integrate new and exciting parts of ourselves!
