If you’re feeling lost, disconnected, or overwhelmed by grief, it can be difficult to see a way forward. You may be struggling with the weight of past experiences that have left you feeling isolated, unsure of who you are, or unable to find meaning in your life. The sadness may feel constant, and the anxiety may keep you on edge, as if you're stuck in a cycle you can’t escape. You may long for deeper connections with others but feel distant, both from them and from yourself.
My Background and Approach
As a therapist I offer a safe, compassionate space where we can begin to explore these feelings together. In therapy, we’ll slow down and make sense of the emotions that are weighing you down. We’ll work through past experiences that may have left you feeling disconnected, rebuilding a sense of meaning and connection, both within yourself and with others.
