About My Clients
I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and groups navigating trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, relational and attachment challenges, and the ongoing journey of building and strengthening the self. I believe in creating a safe, compassionate space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered in their healing and growth.
My Background and Approach
As a therapist, I approach my work through a holistic lens—recognizing that every individual carries a rich and complex history that shapes who they are today. I believe that each person’s story, context, and lived experience deserve to be honored with curiosity, compassion, and an individualized approach to care. There is no one-size-fits-all path to healing, and I strive to meet each client exactly where they are, co-creating a space that supports their unique journey. I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, and groups across a wide range of identities and backgrounds. I specialize in issues related to trauma, grief and loss, relational and attachment challenges, and the lifelong process of building and understanding the self. My work is grounded in the belief that healing is not only possible—it is deeply human, and often begins in relationship. Ultimately, my goal is to walk alongside you with presence and warmth as we navigate the terrain of your inner world.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My practice is rooted in a psychodynamic framework, which means I am attuned to the ways early relationships, unconscious patterns, and past experiences can influence present-day struggles. Together, we explore how those patterns show up in your life, relationships, and sense of self—not to dwell in the past, but to better understand the present and create more freedom and possibility for the future. In addition to my psychodynamic foundation, I often integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) as a powerful tool for connecting with the many parts of oneself. IFS helps us listen to the inner voices that may be in conflict, carry burdens, or seek protection. By gently tuning into those parts with curiosity and respect, we begin to foster deeper self-awareness, healing, and a more integrated sense of self.
