About My Clients
I tend to work with emergent adults and teenagers, many of whom are LGBTQ+.
My Background and Approach
I ground my therapy practice in building relationships with clients through consent and earned trust. I aim to be a supportive witness on your journey and to co-create a therapy space. I support clients in navigating identity, grief and loss, boundaries, and relationships. My practice is based in self-awareness and supporting clients to build body-based awareness of feelings and needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am LGBTQ+. In addition to being a therapist, I am a musician, and use creative arts to build community and youth empowerment. I operate from an anti-racist and anti-oppressive framework.
