My Background and Approach
Over 10 years of experience specializing in psychotherapy services for a variety of diverse populations with a wide range of emotional and behavioral problems. Our clinic offers expertise in a wide range of areas, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, CPTSD, inner child wounds, attachment problems, interpersonal relationship issues, grief/loss, life transitions, LGBTQIA+, ADHD, personality disorders, low self-esteem, parenting, chronic illness, and other emotional and behavioral challenges. Our collaborative team includes dedicated therapists who specialize in working with individuals, family, children, adolescents, & couples, providing tailored support to meet the unique needs of each client. Above all, by fostering a safe and non-judgmental environment, we empower our clients to face their challenges through courage, resiliency, and stronger connection to their inner selves.
