About My Clients

Many of my clients initially sought therapy because their days had been consumed by anxiety, spiraling thoughts, or shame. I support clients in taking back the power from anxiety and ultimately living more fulfilling lives. I specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, depression, trauma and relational concerns. I am integrative in my approach, using techniques such as ACT, CBT, and EMDR. Reach out if you think we might be a good fit!

My Approach to Helping

I employ an integrative approach to therapy, including techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). I also use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to help clients address trauma and other concerns. I firmly believe in the healing power of human connection, and I support clients in increasing emotional honesty and authenticity in their relationships both within and outside of the therapeutic space. In this process, I aim to help clients explore the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are associated with distress and keep clients “stuck.” Seeking support is a sign of resilience and courage, though it can be scary to take the first step. I foster a safe, warm, and engaging therapeutic space, and I'm here to walk beside you in this journey.
