I utilize a range of therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Techniques, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I strive to use a holistic, person-centered approach in practice.

I work with teenage and adult clients who are experiencing stress, anxiety, or depression. I hope to offer healing experiences that take into account the whole person, not just the symptoms they are experiencing.
