I specialize in working with teens and adults from all walks of life. I work with individuals who have experienced trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, stress and anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.
My Background and Approach
In my work, I utilize an array of therapeutic interventions stemming from evidence-based models such as cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and dialectical behavioral therapy, while maintaining a culturally responsive, client-centered approach.
