About My Clients
My approach to therapy is systemic and holistic. I believe everyone makes sense in the context of their story. I seek to view people in their context—their family, their culture, their career, etc—and as embodied—made up of mind, body, and soul. I work across the lifespan (ages 4+) integrating various therapeutic modalities. My lens is trauma-informed and attachment-focused. I love incorporating creative elements into therapy including play, art, movement, and the sand tray.
