My goal is to help individuals fill their toolbox with healthy distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and coping skills needed to overcome life's challenges.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive, eating disorders, and self-harm. Because each client is unique, in collaboration we will create treatment goals and plans tailored to your needs. In our work together, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with an emphasis on Person-Centered, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
