About My Clients

My therapy practice aligns with my personal values of anti-capitalism, social justice, & living “unconventionally.” I support clients with a holistic perspective so that they may find the relief they need with family conflicts, relationship issues, addiction, life transitions, & connection to self.
My Background and Approach
As a music psychotherapist, I use music-based interventions, creative techniques, and verbal processing to help clients access the deepest parts of their psyches, so that they may better understand themselves. I believe that by knowing ourselves, we are more able to move through challenges and discomfort with groundedness, compassion, and a sense of freedom. Therapy sessions with me often include inner-child communication, inner-family parts work, challenging stubborn self-beliefs with gentleness, and encouragement to trust your highest self. Together, we will navigate present-day challenges by connecting the dots to your past and exploring your highest truths, values, and dreams.
