My Background and Approach
I work with clients who may be struggling with relationship Issues, grief, anxiety and depression. I will use an integrative approach of various psychotherapeutic methodologies in my work incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral therapy, the Gottman Method, Emotion-Focused Therapy, solution-focused, and hope-focused therapy with my clients. My priority is that the work be tailored, depending on what works with your beliefs, values and needs. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
