I am a counselor in Texas specializing in working with women in their 20's, 30's, 40's who are struggling with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, infertility, and perinatal mental health, and are ready to start doing the work, so they’re looking for a therapist who offers holistic, body-focused, and creative approaches like Art Therapy and Somatic Experiencing.

You deserve a grounded and nonjudgmental place to come to for relief from the chaos, where you no longer have to suffer in silence. Together, we can work to help you process unresolved trauma, navigate life's unknowns, learn to cope, start feeling better again.
