Our time together will be a safe space to work and challenge certain thoughts and behaviors that may not be serving you in achieving your goals. I offer compassion, support, and gentle collaboration in discovering your needs, desires, fears, and most true self.
As an EMDR Certified therapist, I understand how the past causes discord in the present. You may feel trapped by a pattern that you somehow cannot change, regardless of what you try. You may even have intense emotions triggered by similar situations to painful events from the past. Either way, EMDR can be helpful in healing and breaking out of this cycle.
