It just seems like the good doesn’t ever last and there’s always some other problem on the horizon. You’re so tired of feeling stuck in this never-ending cycle. My Background and Approach
I view therapy as a collaborative process, partnering with you in learning new ways of relating to yourself, your story, and those around you. Our time will involve making connections, identifying patterns/themes, and reframing old stories that no longer serve you. Together, we’ll work towards increasing self-discovery, emotional well-being, and empowerment in your life. I believe in my clients. And I know that you can feel better if you’re given the right environment. What might that look like? Let’s figure it out together. I’m informed by many therapies (like emotion-focused, DBT, and person-centered) but authenticity is always guiding my work. You may find me a good fit if you’re looking for a warm, compassionate therapist who engages with you in a human-to-human, relational way.
