I employ an integrative approach, in helping my clients. However, when appropriate, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), ACT, Mindfulness and Solution Focused Therapy (SFBT). As part of a pilot program designed to change lives and outcomes, I received training and gained experience using CBT, after which, I pursued further training in ACT, Gottman Method and did significant research into Mindfulness. I provide support needed as you work to achieve growth and change. Together, we can explore strategies that allow you to be better able to manage challenges and live a more fulfilling life.
