I specialize in relationship counseling, communication, healthy behavior, infidelity, conflict, fighting, & emotional trauma. I offer individual mental health counseling, couples, marriage, family, and workplace therapy. I am licensed in 3 states (VA, NC, & DC) and offer virtual, confidential, web-based session.

My approach is compassionate, yet honest & straightforward. I teach healthy patterns to replace negative ones. I take a pro-relationship approach to all relationships, helping people and their loved ones make changes in order to feel closer and happier together. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
******SURVIVORS of NARCISSISTS SUPPORT GROUP******* Our practice (Decoding Relationships, LLC) offers a weekly, evening, online (Zoom-based) support group for people residing in VA, NC or DC who have been in, or are still in, a close relationship with a Narcissist. Narcissist's make up 10+% of the population and severely negatively affect their close family and friends though exploitation, control, and manipulation. This positive group is educational and therapeutic while also facilitating peer stories, healing suggestions, and guidance. ***Lead and taught by Jennifer Parrella MS, LPC, NCC.
