You will learn how to deepen your friendship, improve intimacy, learn how to address conflict, improve your overall communication, and feel loved, supported, and connected again. I also support individuals like you who are at a crossroads in their relationship to gain the clarity needed to know what is the next best step in their journey.

I am skilled and trained in Gottman Therapy, which has been very effective with the couples that I have worked with to finally get back to feeling loved, connected, seen, and having fun again. The methods I use are very easy to implement, and utilize so that you don't feel overwhelmed and can see progress in a very short period of time.

I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and have been utilizing the techniques for several years. I have seen tremendous benefits from applying this approach with individual struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, confidence, depression, relationship issues, and the list goes on. It is very simple to apply and to understand, and results can happen very quickly utilizing CBT. It is also something that you are able to learn and apply outside of therapy!

I have extensive training and certification in utilizing the Gottman method. This is my primary technique that I use for couples that are struggling with feeling disconnected, having arguments, feeling resentful, lacking romance and intimacy, and overall feeling unloved and not supported by their partner. The couples I have worked with have really enjoyed the tools, as they are easy to understand and apply, and they see results quickly.

I have utilized Solution Focused Brief Therapy for several years as a therapist. I believe it is important for individuals to experience growth and relief in a short period of time. With this approach, clients often feel like they actually know how and what to do differently, and have loved being able to have a sense of direction and clarity with this form of therapy.
